'Hayyak 107' joins Qatar Call Center

THE Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) and the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (ictQATAR) on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) according to which PHCC's Helpline 'Hayyak 107' joins Qatar Call Centre.

The MoU was signed by the Managing Director of PHCC Dr Mariam Abdul Malik, and ictQATAR's Assistant Undersecretary of Government Information Technology Sector Hassan Jassim al Sayed.

The MoU aims at expanding the scope of services offered to the public by allowing Hayyak 107 to receive calls and enquiries and respond to them 24/7. Through the new arrangement PHCC will be able to respond to the increasing number of enquiries related to bookings, medical appointments, appointment cancellations or rearranging them with the 10 medical centres. Hayyak 107 will embrace the best international customer service and call centre standards and will now be available in five languages including Arabic, English, Tagalog, Urdu and Malayalam.
