HE the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Meets with the Vietnam Prime Minister
- His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai and the Prime Minister of Vietnam, His Excellency Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, engaged in discussions on enhancing cooperation within the ICT sector.
- His Excellency Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai also met with His Excellency Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam, to explore initiatives supporting innovation.
HE Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, met with HE Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Both leaders underscored the importance of enhancing their partnership in artificial intelligence, reaffirming their commitment to advancing cooperation that aligns with the aspirations of both nations in the fields of communications and information technology. Concluding the meeting, they highlighted the strength of the bilateral relationship between the State of Qatar and Vietnam, expressing eagerness to expand cooperation across various sectors, particularly in technology and innovation.
In a separate session, HE Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai also met with HE Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam, and his accompanying delegation. Engineer Ahmed Al-Muslimani, Chairman of the Communications Regulatory Authority, participated in the discussions. This meeting focused on bolstering collaboration in digital transformation and information technology, with both sides seeking to exchange expertise and explore digital innovation opportunities. They also discussed the possibility of joint investments in high-potential technological initiatives to support digital development in both countries.
