Qatar Digital Academy, affiliated with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Qatar Olympic Committee, organized a specialized workshop titled “Generative AI and Boosting Employee Productivity” as part of its efforts to promote technical knowledge and innovation within government entities.

The workshop covered several key aspects of AI technologies, starting with an introduction to fundamental concepts such as general AI and narrow AI, moving on to machine learning and deep learning, and finally exploring AI applications in generating texts, code, images, videos, and audio. The workshop also highlighted the challenges related to AI usage and practical ways to overcome them.

A total of 71 employees from various departments of the Qatar Olympic Committee participated, including heads of units, public relations specialists, and professionals from HR, finance, administration, strategy, sustainability, internal auditing, logistics, and sports. They gained insights into the potential of generative AI in improving work quality and reducing time costs.
